First let’s collect the ingredients we need for recipe. Here they are

  • 5 gram backing powder
  • 100 gram sugar
  • 200 gram flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 gram sunflower oil or olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ water
  • ½ buttermilk
  • Salt as per taste

Process to make cupcakes:

First of all take a bowl and whisk flour, baking powder and salt in it. Take sugar and butter and beat it with stand mixture on medium high speed for 4/5 min. to make it fluffy.  Now add eggs one by one, add vanilla extract, add half of flour and beat them also. Then add some milk and water and beat until you get the combine batter.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line your muffin pan with paper liners and brush up some oil into it. Divide the cupcake batter among all the muffin cups in same quantity (fill each three quarters full). Put the pan on your preheat oven and bake until it get fully fluffy. Insert toothpick into the center of cupcake and if it comes out clean then your cupcake is fully baked. Let the pan cool for 5 to 10 min, now remove the cupcakes and serve them with top frosting.
