Now take nonstick pan and put it on high flame, add 1 tablespoon unsalted butter into it and wait till butter bubbles. Now pour the egg batter directly into the middle of pan and immediately reduce the heat to medium.
Stir the batter gently with spatula to form curds or soft lumps of eggs. Cook till egg batter get thickened but make sure it will not get too dry. Kill the heat and let the scrambled eggs rest for a minute before serving.
